Rest does not need a score.
A softer way to reflect on energy and everyday needs, without turning care into a performance.
Start with noticing
Many of us are familiar with measuring a day by what we got done. It can feel less familiar to ask how the day felt, or what we needed along the way.
A check-in offers a small pause. You can name your energy with an ordinary word—steady, low, restless, or something else entirely. There is no correct answer.
Make room for support
What would make the next hour a little easier? Perhaps some quiet, a simpler plan, or a conversation with someone you trust. Write down an option that feels possible for you.
You do not need to turn every observation into a change. Sometimes noticing is enough for today.
Your notes belong to you
A personal journal is a place for your own observations. You can skip a prompt, keep a page private, or stop using a tool that is not helpful.
These reflections are educational, not clinical guidance. If you have concerns about your health, seek individualized support from a qualified professional.
